Products
All pieces are handmade ceramic objects. Each item is unique and small variations in shape, color, or finish may occur as part of the handmade process.

Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping
Items are made to order. The estimated production and shipping time is 8–10 weeks. Orders are shipped within the Netherlands and the European Union.

Returns
As all products are made to order and produced individually upon receipt of each order, they qualify as bespoke goods under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. The standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Privacy
Personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with customers. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except when necessary for payment or shipping.
