Are the pieces handmade?
Yes. All objects are handmade in small batches. Each piece is unique and may show slight variations in shape, color, size or finish.

When will my order ship?
All pieces are made to order. The estimated production and shipping time is 8–12 weeks.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the Netherlands and the European Union.

Which courier do you use?
Orders are shipped with DHL, UPS, or a similar tracked courier service.

Can I return an item?
As each piece is made individually to order, returns are generally not accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will help resolve the issue.
